Goal Review

I have been away for more than two months so it is fair to say my summer holidays are well and truly at an end. On the positive side it means that I am now ready to dive back into that thing called life. Or, indeed, the life process that I like to call, “the learning and teaching combo.”

I had started a number of interesting projects just before I left, all of which I am dying to get stuck into.

Let’s refresh our memories:

– Participate in Cambridge English Teacher Professional Development webinars

– Develop understanding of the Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language industry through interviews and questionnaires

– Develop authentic materials through use of online learning language platform, Instreamia

– Participate in the online Foreign Language Teaching Course made available by the University of Texas at Austin

– Complete Spanish200 MOOC

Clearly there is not enough time in the day to engage in all those activities, and engage with my fellow human beings. So I will take things slowly, and deal with them in a systematical way. Now all I have to do is to decide where to start.
