你是如何找到在北京的第一个家的? 我是2010年六月到北京的。在北京语言大学学习汉语两个月。然后在市中心找到了一个工作。因为我是新来的我不知道怎么找房子怎么租房子。只知道一个在线杂志叫 The Beijinger。在这个时候我的要求不多:便宜,干净,位置在我的办公室旁边。所以通过这个在线杂志我找到了一个小一室一厅。房东是一个年轻 的女生。其实我不知道她是不是公寓的房东。怎么知道呢?没办法。 喜欢住胡同还是高楼? 虽然我现在住的地方也叫‘胡同’但是这个地方是高楼。我觉得在胡同住很酷。比别的国家的胡同更很酷。比如说,巴西。巴西的胡同有点危险。虽然北京的胡同不危险,但是环境和设施是不理想的。地方有点小。胡同的四合院没有它们自己的卫生间。建筑结构不稳定。因为墙很单薄,所以有隔音的问题。这不说明在高楼住没有问题。 每一个地方有它自己的好处和坏处。我认为如果你喜欢简单的生活住胡同会适合你。 为什么搬家了呢? ​有不同的原因需要搬家。常常房东要或者提高房租价格或者给他自己的家人来住。有时候你自己的情况有变化。比如说,你工资提高,现在你可以租更好更贵的公寓。或者你换工作,办公室在新的地方。这样你考虑搬家。对我来说搬家有点麻烦。我们都不喜欢搬家这个过程。但是按照我的经验,按照我的朋友的经验,我们都已经搬过很多次家。 哪儿的房子又便宜又方便? 刚到北京的时候我不知我会住在哪儿。我以为一个比较短的时间。所以我决定一直住在中心。在市中心公共交通很方便。有公交车有地铁。骑自行车也很方便。商店的选择比较多:有商场,也有小商店,你也可以在街上买小东西。吃的地方也很多。在市中心什么都有。然而市中心房租的价格很贵。 哪儿有有趣的小店、饭馆儿和酒吧? ​鼓楼,南锣鼓巷,安定门内,这些离三里屯远的地方有有趣的小店饭馆儿和酒吧。三里屯有点商业化。东四,美术馆,鼓楼,这些地方都还有一个‘当地‘的感觉。有跟传统中国有关系的更自然的环境环境。这是说‘中国‘方式。除了这些以为我不知道别的很酷的地方。邀请你们给我建议。 图片:瑞娜和Tian Cheng Mandarin老师有话一战!
